Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FieldProve Diagnostics LLC ("FieldProve," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the FieldProve mobile and web application (the "Service"). The Service is an AI-assisted HVAC diagnostic tool for field technicians and their businesses.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

FieldProve uses your device's approximate (coarse) location only when you capture equipment readings, to estimate the site's elevation for diagnostic accuracy. This is not precise GPS location, is never accessed in the background, and is never used for tracking or advertising. FieldProve does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.

Payment information

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. FieldProve does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy terms; we receive only limited billing information such as your subscription status and the last digits of your card.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your diagnostic content or photos for advertising.
